Platinum Sun’s rash guards are similar in their form and function. They have similar features like being UPF 50+ and having full sublimation. All rash guards should fit tightly. The thicker the fabric is, the tighter the rash guard will feel when worn. However, the rash guards differ because each collection represents the vision of a different designer. The collections may also vary in terms of the cut of the neck, the composition of the fabric and other small features, which are displayed on each product’s page.
Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:
- You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have correctly filled in all the required fields.
- The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
- You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to ensure you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard, only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
Orders can be canceled on the Return Portal within one hour of placing them if they have not yet shipped. We try to ship orders quickly for our customers’ sake. You can also email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order.
Yes, you will receive an email (and SMS if you opt in at the checkout) with the tracking information. If you use the Shop app - you can also track it in the app.
Some products are available in pre-order mode at a discounted price. By providing your credit card information, you give us permission to authorize a charge for the indicated amount. Your credit card will NOT be charged until the product can be shipped. Once the product can be shipped, your credit card will be charged and you will be notified via email. The pre-authorization will be automatically released after 30 days if the product is not available for shipping.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We do ship internationally! Simply provide your contact details and billing address upon checkout, and the corresponding shipping fees will be automatically calculated. For more info please contact us.
You will get an email confirming your order after you place it and another email when your order ships.
It can be sent to a physical address you provide (home, work, etc.). Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Platinum Sun hopes you’re thrilled with your new gear. However, most products shipped within the U.S. may be returned free of charge using a return label printed from the return portal.
Please check the policies for heavy items (1+lbs.) and International orders for those situations. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
Items can also be returned for store credit. If this is the route you select, Platinum Sun will email you a discount code redeemable for the price of your previous product(s). You can use this amount for a new purchase. NOTE: A store credit discount code can only be issued if your original purchase did not use a discount code.
Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow 3-5 additional days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.
Most items purchased from Platinumsun.com may be returned for free for a full refund within the first 30 days of delivery.
Heavier-weight items, such as jackets, yoga mats and drybags, require the customer to cover the shipping or can have the shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.
International orders, from outside the U.S., are not eligible for free returns. Customers must cover the shipping.
Products used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for returns.
Items marked as final sale
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, then contact your bank or credit card company. Often, a refund must process for a few days before it posts. If you’ve waited 10 business days, called your card provider and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
