Shipping policy

Order Processing: Processing takes 1–2 business days after cleared payment before your order ships from our warehouse (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) but orders placed before 9 AM EST often ship the same day. Most items ship from Miami, FL—closer locations receive faster delivery! 

Delivery Times: The times below begin counting once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Holidays and weekends lengthen delivery times. 

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Expedited shipping is temporarily unavailable at this time. However, if you need an item urgently, email us and we will do our best.

Shipping costs on orders in the U.S.:

  • Standard Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order amount.
  • Priority Shipping on most items costs $6.99.
  • Priority Shipping for Neoprene Jackets, Wetsuits and DryBags costs $16.
  • Priority Shipping for yoga mats are calculated at the checkout.

Additional Points about Shipping

  • Orders with coupon codes totaling below $120 will be shipped via standard shipping (5–8 business days).
  • Depending on the mix of products in your order, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. Please allow a few days if you did not receive all of your items at once.
  • If multiple orders in a row are placed with the same shipping address, they might be shipped in the same package with the same tracking number. This usually happens if additional orders are placed before the first is shipped.
  • Orders placed on weekends will likely ship the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on availability.
  • Any issues with the delivery of your order must be reported within 14 days of the day you receive it. Platinum Sun Inc. is not responsible for packages after that time.
  • Domestic shipping time estimates apply to the contiguous (continental) United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia are considered non-domestic and subject to longer ship times.
  • Occasionally, orders are held for review by our team and may be subject to shipment delays.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as Platinum Sun Inc. is not responsible for lost/returned packages shipped to incorrect addresses.

Platinum Sun Inc. is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipping-related issue(s). Under no circumstance shall Platinum Sun Inc. be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL)

  • Order Processing: Allow 1–5 business days (excluding weekends & all U.S. federal holidays) after the receipt of cleared payment for processing before your order ships from our warehouse.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Please note that the customer must pay duties, taxes and fees required to import goods. These charges are beyond Platinum Sun’s control. When placing your international order, you agree to pay any and all taxes and duties that apply.
  • If a customer refuses delivery of an order, they will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the order and the cost will be deducted from the refund once the package is received by the sender.
  • For shipments to Mexico, the recipient is responsible for all required documentation and compliance with Mexican customs laws. A recent change now requires the possession of an import license to receive goods from the United States.
