Rates and delivery times

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. Delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days once your order leaves our warehouse.

Faster delivery is available at checkout. You will see live rates from USPS and FedEx with the exact cost and estimated delivery date for your address.

Processing

We ship from Miami, Florida. Orders placed before 11 AM ET usually ship the same day. Otherwise please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing. Weekends and federal holidays may add a day.

Items may occasionally ship separately and arrive on different dates. Orders held for security review may take longer.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO, and US territories

Standard shipping is free to these addresses as well, though delivery takes longer. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International orders

We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout and is not free. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Refused deliveries have the full shipping cost deducted from any refund. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for international orders to be processed.

Problems with a delivery

Report any delivery issue within 14 days of the delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier. We cannot take responsibility for packages sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout, or for delays caused by weather or carrier disruption.
