Other vitamins and minerals found in avocados include Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B9, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Sodium, and Zinc.
2. Avocados go great with anything
An avocado’s creamy texture pairs well with any food and they shine as the spotlight of a dish. Caribbean folks enjoy avocado alongside almost any meal, but especially hot soup. In North America, millennials can’t afford to buy homes due to their obsession with avocado toast. Mexico gifted the world with guacamole. And Africa is a major exporter of avocados to the rest of the world due to such high demand. It’s no mystery why you can eat avocado on any food, in any dish. It can be made sweet or savory, pairs with hot, cold, or spicy. It’s worth mentioning that avocados are high in fiber which helps metabolic health by keeping you feeling fuller for longer and steadies blood sugar. It’s a treat that literally makes your meal healthier.
