Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Most items in our store are regular one-time purchases. Those are covered by our Returns and Exchanges policy. This page applies only to pre-orders.

What a pre-order is

A pre-order lets you reserve a product that is not yet in stock. We list an estimated ship window on the product page. That date is our best estimate at the time of ordering and can move if production or shipping is delayed. We will email you if it changes.

Payment

Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout. This reserves your size and color from the incoming batch.

Canceling a pre-order

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships, for a full refund with no handling fee. Email sales@platinumsun.com with your order number.

You can also change the size or color of a pre-order at any time before it ships, at no cost.

Once a pre-order has shipped it cannot be canceled, but the normal 30 day return window applies from the date you receive it.

Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items

These may ship separately and arrive on different dates. The in-stock items usually ship right away.

If we cannot fulfill a pre-order

If a pre-order cannot be produced or delivered, we will contact you and refund you in full.
