Warmth that works even when you're wet.

Wind is what ends most sessions. You come out of the water wet, the breeze hits, and you're done for the day even though the conditions are still good. This is the gear that keeps you out there.

Neoprene jackets that block wind and spray over a wetsuit or on their own, a fleece-lined rash guard for cold water, and 3/2mm limestone springsuits for cooler days. Designed in Miami and tested by kitesurfers, instructors and boat crews who spend whole days out in the wind.

What to wear, and when

  • 2.5mm neoprene jacket. Wind, spray and cold air on deck, on shore, or while riding. Best in air temperatures around 41 to 68°F.
  • Fleece-lined thermo rash guard. For water in the mid 60s to low 70s°F, when a wetsuit feels like too much.
  • 3/2mm limestone springsuit. For water around 65 to 75°F.
  • Victoria hooded rash guard jacket. A light UPF 50+ layer for sun, breeze and everything between sessions.

Why neoprene works when a regular jacket doesn't

Your wetsuit keeps you warm in the water. The moment you stand up in the wind while you're still wet, the heat disappears. A cotton hoodie soaks it all up and stays cold on you, and a rain shell flaps and lets the chill straight through. Neoprene holds almost no water, so the warmth comes back within a minute of zipping it on. The front harness zipper lets your spreader bar hook through, which means you can keep riding or teaching without taking your gear off.
