We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Platinum Sun. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and made to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be or may not fit you personally . In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

Platinum Sun stands behind our products and knows you’ll definitely love them. But we understand that every body is different and the same product can not fit all of us. If you need to return or exchange your item – simply contact us at sales@platinumsun.com and we will send you a return label. Returns and exchanges are free.

Paid shipping costs for express shipping are non-refundable.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not exchange products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: gift cards, some health and personal care items. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you’re returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you’ll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
